DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN SECTION 15 BELOW. THESE PROVISIONS GOVERN HOW ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND BLUR WILL BE RESOLVED. SECTION 15 PROVIDES THAT, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND BLUR WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, THE OUTCOME OF WHICH WILL BE BINDING AND FINAL, INCLUDING DISPUTES RELATING TO ARBITRABILITY. SECTION 15 ALSO ADDRESSES THE FOLLOWING: A MANDATORY PRE-ARBITRATION INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, THE OPTION TO CHOOSE SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR SMALLER DISPUTES, WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIAL, AND FURTHER PROCEDURES FOR CLASS ARBITRATIONS THAT PREJUDICE YOUR RIGHTS. GENERALLY, ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS INVOLVE LESS DISCOVERY AND APPEAL THAN COURT PROCEEDINGS.
